Cancellation/Refund Policy

Long Weekend Cancellation Policy

1. Token amount is non-refundable/ non-transferable once paid.
2. Cancellation/s 30 days prior to the start date of the trip:
   (If you’ve paid the full amount)

MEMORIES BUCKET shall issue a trek voucher equivalent to the balance amount paid. The voucher can be redeemed for the same trek or other treks which are being organized by MEMORIES BUCKET over a period of 6 months after the date of issuance.

3. Cancellation/s 15-29 days prior to the start date of the trip: (If you’ve paid the full amount)
   50% of the balance amount will be charged as cancellation fees; the remaining will be refunded.
4. Cancellation/s 0-14 days prior to the start date of the trip: 100% of the balance amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

5. In case of factors beyond human control namely: weather calamities, government restrictions, etc., certain route/s or activities may be changed/canceled and in such cases, MEMORIES BUCKET will try their best to provide an alternate feasible route/ activity. However, no refund shall be provided for the same.
6. After cancellation, it normally takes 7-10 working days to process the refund.
7. If MEMORIES BUCKET cancels the trip, we shall refund the entire amount (including the token amount) without including GST.

Weekend Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel your trip with us, you must notify us at the earliest via email or WhatsApp. Once we receive your notice, the cancellation process with taking upshot.

1. 15 days prior to the event date:
   Cancellation charges – 0%

MEMORIES BUCKET shall issue a trek voucher equivalent to the balance amount paid. The voucher can be redeemed for the same trek or other treks which are being organized by MEMORIES BUCKET over a period of 6 months after the date of issuance.

2. 05-14 days Prior to the event date:
   Cancellation charges – 50%

MEMORIES BUCKET shall issue a trek voucher equivalent to the 50% amount paid. The voucher can be redeemed for the same trek or other treks which are being organized by MEMORIES BUCKET over a period of 6 months after the date of issuance.

3.
